The airflow meter is located in the engine compartment, between the air filter and the intake manifold. To remove it, we must first release it from the two clamps that hold it in place, and then disconnect its electrical connector. Once free, the airflow meter can be extracted. The video's author also removes the two grids that are part of this component, but it is usually not necessary, and the airflow meter can be cleaned without removing them. For cleaning, we use a specific spray, being careful to spray it at a proper distance and with great caution, as the airflow meter is very delicate and could be damaged.
