Operation: How to replace the window regulator motor in an Audi A3 8P.

In this video tutorial, we can see how it is possible to replace the window regulator motor in an Audi A3 8P: open the door and remove the plastic, where underneath we will find the screws to remove the panel; remove all the T27 torx screws from the panel and then pull forcefully from one side and then the other, lift the panel because it is interlocked. Once the panel is detached, we need to remove the handle plugs by releasing them; remove the second panel which is also interlocked, (remove the rubber and pull out the handle cable). Remove the window regulator motor with a T30 key; unscrew the screws holding the internal pillars. Disconnect the cables going to the motor. Once all the screws have been removed as shown in the video, we can remove the window regulator motor (press the motor support otherwise it won't come out). Replace the old motor with a new one and reassemble all the parts by proceeding in reverse.
