Let's see how to replace the dashboard lights of the Ford Transit. Using a cross-head screwdriver, unscrew the three screws, two below and one above, that secure the plastic covers of the steering column. Once removed, disconnect the electrical connectors and unscrew the four screws that hold the instrument panel frame in place. Now we need to unscrew the screws that fix the dial to the frame so that we can remove it. Disconnect the odometer tube, leaving the cable attached. This will give us access to the back of the dial where the two bulbs are positioned. We will remove them by rotating the socket ninety degrees to be able to replace them with the new ones. Verify their proper functioning and reassemble everything by following the reverse steps.
