In order to remove the rear headlight of the Maserati Ghibli, you need to open the rear hatch so that you can use an object to pry off the plastic cover next to the corresponding headlight. Afterwards, you can remove the interior panel in the trunk near the headlight, and locate the screw that secures the optical unit from the inside.
