Renault Trafic - Video tutorial

Model: Renault Trafic MK 3 - Years 2014-2024
Part: Particulate filter
Operation: How to clean the DPF pressure sensor on the Renault Trafic.

In this video, we see that when the DPF light turns on in the Renault Trafic, the reason could be this: the DPF pressure sensor may be dirty or clogged, so to clean it, we can try blowing it with compressed air. If the air passes through, then it is not blocked, but if the air does not pass through, then it means it is clogged, and this is a fairly common problem with these vehicles. WD-40 is the best remedy for this: we let it work for a few minutes, then using a long metal tube, like the one we see in the video, we start pushing to clean it from the inside; then we blow it with compressed air. If it blows, it means it's fine, otherwise, we will have to repeat the process.

How do I replace the Land Rover Evoque auxiliary battery?

In order to replace the auxiliary battery of the Land Rover Evoque, it is necessary to go inside the passenger compartment and remove the panel which is positioned immediately under the glovebox. Once the screws that secure this panel have been loosened, it will be possible to access the components located in its rear part, including the auxiliary battery. The latter must be disconnected from its cables and the fixing screws must be loosened. The battery can then be replaced with a new one and the panel can be fixed again with its screws.
