In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the engine's central support in the Smart ForTwo, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, we wait for the engine to cool down sufficiently, and then, if we want to operate in maximum safety, we optionally place a jack under the engine itself and support it. We then unscrew all the fixing bolts of the support using both a 15mm and an 18mm wrench, separate it from the respective brackets, and quickly position the replacement. At this point, all that's left is to tighten all the various bolts firmly.
