In this tutorial we can see how to disassemble the air conditioning control console in the Toyota Corolla, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure the key is not inserted, then, using a plastic spatula, unclip the side trims of the entire central console. Next, remove the upper air vents, unscrew the four screws securing the radio and separate it from the dashboard. At this point, all that remains is to unclip both the base of the gear shift knob and the cigarette lighter socket, remove the air conditioning console from the dashboard and install any replacement.
