In this guide, we will briefly see the instructions on how to disassemble and replace the turbocharger of the Volkswagen Passat 2.0 TDI. Firstly, we open the engine hood and remove the upper plastic protection; then, we disconnect the sleeve of the air filter box and disconnect the air flow meter, also disconnecting the turbocharger sleeve, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the exhaust gas recirculation manifold from the turbine, unscrewing the fixing screws to remove and replace the turbine with the new one, following the video tutorial to the end!
