In this guide, we will see the main instructions useful for disassembling the cylinder head and replacing its gasket on the Volkswagen Jetta 2.0 TDI. First, open the hood of the car and start by disassembling and removing the rail tubing, then unscrewing the cylinder head cover screws; then proceed to remove the timing belt, removing the side cover, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the exhaust manifolds and unscrew the cylinder head fixing screws, in order to remove it; replace the gasket if necessary, following the video tutorial to the end!
