Where is the diesel filter located on my Mini Countryman?

Answer

The diesel filter on your Mini Countryman is not located under the right rear passenger wheel arch as on other Minis, but under the left rear door protected by a diamond-shaped piece of plastic. The filter is also visible from the rear, by lowering and looking from the back towards the indicated position. Replacing it is quite simple: just remove the piece of plastic (4 screws of 10 and 2 of 8), remove the old filter and insert the new one.
