The car radio "pin code" of your Nissan Juke is requested every time the car battery is disconnected or discharged. Upon delivery of the car, you were given a document holder with various warranty booklets and instructions. Along with these you were also given a white card, the size of a business card with a 4-digit code. This is the "pin code" used to unlock the radio. In case you have lost the card you can retrieve the code in an authorized center but be careful not to enter random numbers because the radio stops after the third attempt.
