Replacing the crankshaft sensor in the Audi A3 is very simple. All that needs to be done is, with the engine obviously off and cold, go under the vehicle, locate the sensor located just behind the oil filter, disconnect the connector and unscrew the fixing screws. To fit the spare part, simply follow the reverse procedure.
