What can I do if the radio in my Ford C-Max does not work?

Answer

If your C-Max's radio doesn't work, you may need to reset Sync: Go to Settings, select "general". Scroll down and select "master reset". Make sure your phone is unplugged as you will be asked to confirm. If everything is fine, please confirm. The reset will take a few minutes. Then the Sync will connect to the network. Upon restarting you will be asked if you want to connect your vehicle to the network: type YES Well, the general reset has been performed, now everything should work.
