Answer

The problem with the SOS system on the Range Rover is caused by the supplementary battery and GPS signal. These two things must work together. If the supplementary battery (the one for the services, so to speak) is not sufficiently charged, and if the GPS signal has not updated, then the warning light will turn on. You must keep the car running for half an hour in a place where there is a strong GPS signal so that the battery can recharge while receiving the GPS signal and the problem will be solved.
