On several Smart 451 cars it has happened that the passenger compartment heating did not work: in almost all cases the final problem consisted in the malfunction of the water pump which did not send hot water into the circuit. Unfortunately, replacing the pump will cost you around € 200, as it is a time-consuming maintenance.
