To reset the MultiTronic automatic transmission of the Audi A5, you will need to turn on the instrument panel by inserting the ignition key into the ignition lock and turning it: after the ignition has occurred, you can hold down the accelerator pedal for about fifteen seconds. At this point, you will need to start the engine by turning the key and move the gear selector through all the positions that are present; after doing this, you will need to turn off the engine and hold down the button again for about fifteen seconds. In this way, the transmission will be reset.
