If one of the various devices in your Citroen C3 Picasso has suddenly stopped working, you can first check the status of the respective fuses, the diagrams of which are indicated in this video. As shown, the first fuse box is located inside the cabin, specifically behind the door in the lower left area of the dashboard on the driver's side. The second box is located in the engine bay, protected by the black plastic cover next to the battery. Ensure that you replace any blown fuses with replacements of equivalent specifications.
