How to reset the central locking of the Volkswagen Golf 5?

In order to reset the Volkswagen Golf 5 central locking system, you need to open the car using the emergency key, which can be lifted from the remote control by pressing the appropriate button at the top. Once the car has been opened, the key must be inserted into the ignition lock and rotated to position 1 so that it can synchronize with the car's control unit. At this point, the key can be removed and the car locked. Now, the locking via the remote control will be active again and you can close and open the car with the buttons.
