The first operation to be carried out is the disassembly of the door panel. Using a small fixed screwdriver, remove the plastic cap inside the handle grip and unscrew the screw underneath; unscrew the screw corresponding to the opening handle and then remove the plastic molding around the lever and the lever itself. Finally, unscrew the screw on the top left of the object compartment.
With the help of a plastic lever for bodywork, it is possible to release the pressure fixing clips of the panel placed along its perimeter; then pull the panel upwards to release it from the glass scraper seal and disconnect the socket connected to the control panel and the one connected to the courtesy light.
Then remove the plastic protective film, being careful not to tear it.
Then remove the two fixing screws of the control unit (W-shaped bracket), disconnect the sockets and remove it.
Now proceed with the disassembly of the window lifting system by unscrewing first the 4 10mm pins in the center of the door, then two more on the left side.
At this point, with a 10mm spanner, loosen the clamps securing the glass and remove it with a rotational movement.
Then glue the seal in its seat with sealant (clean both the seal and the bodywork carefully) making sure to avoid wrinkling and/or undulations.
Apply silicone lubricant spray along the sliding guides of the glass to facilitate its sliding and prevent it from damaging the seal again.
Reinsert the glass by first inserting the front and then the rear part, making sure it slides freely along the guides and fitting it into the clamps.
Then proceed with the reassembly of the panel.
