The bolts are tightened until they are securely fastened but not completely; the car is lowered and the bolts are tightened in a cross pattern. The use of the spare wheel is limited only to the journey to the specialized center to remount the original wheel, and it is not recommended to exceed a certain threshold speed indicated on the spare wheel rim.
