The diesel filter is a cartridge type and is located below the right front wheel arch (near the windshield washer tank). It is suggested to place the car on a lift or to lift it with a jack at the right front wheel. Once the car is lifted, it is recommended to also remove the wheel to facilitate the subsequent removal of the wheel arch. Once the wheel arch is removed, the diesel filter can be seen: it is essentially a cylindrical plastic container attached to a support. Therefore, release the filter from the support by lifting it so as to remove the two plastic brackets from their respective seats. Unscrew the filter cover fixing screw and remove the cartridge. Clean the filter container from any residue, insert the new cartridge, replace the gasket of the cover and that of the screw (supplied together with the new cartridge). Reposition the cover and screw in the fixing screw. Reattach the filter to the support and reassemble the wheel arch and the wheel.
