The guide shows how to replace the front headlight of the Volkswagen Caravelle T5. The operation is a bit laborious as the front bumper must be removed first in order to reach all the screws that hold the headlight in place. As the first step, it is important to secure the vehicle. Remove the plastic inserts of the bumper and the fog light covers; unscrew the bumper anchoring screws from the newly exposed compartments. Remove the lower panel, the wheel arches, and the upper panel of the engine compartment in order to reveal the other fixing screws. At this point, carefully remove the bumper, paying attention to the connected cables behind it. Then, unscrew the headlight fixing screws and remove it; pay attention to the power cable. Install the new headlight and following the previous steps in reverse, reassemble the bumper and the plastic inserts that were previously removed. Check the proper functioning of the headlights before hitting the road.
