The guide shows how to disassemble the rear bumper of the Volkswagen Tiguan mk1 R-Line. After opening the trunk door, you can unscrew the four Torx25 screws, two on each side, located under the seal; two other screws are located under the license plate holder. Six more screws are located, three on each side, in the rear wheel arch and on the bottom of the vehicle. There are two Torx30 screws on the bottom of the bumper that need to be unscrewed for proper disassembly of the piece. At this point, it is possible to remove the two wheel bumpers, held in place by plastic clips. Inside the trunk, on the right side, there is a small compartment with electrical connections that need to be disconnected. At this point, it is possible to detach the bumper fastening clips and then remove it completely. At this point, the operation is finished.
