Înlocuirea motorului de pornire.

Before working on the scooter, make sure that the battery is intact and that the problem does not come from it. Place the vehicle on kickstands and remove the lower cover. Now, by opening the hood, we can access the solenoid after removing the battery and its support. The engine has 2 connectors, the first one is a thick cable while the second one is a smaller cable, remove both and clean them to remove any rust or other debris attached to them, as this could also be the problem. Then, reconnect the battery and check its operation again. Disconnect the battery again and all the connectors around the scooter, pulling out all the cables that pass near it, and now also remove the bolt that locks the plastic collar containing all the cables. Now, finally, you can remove all the bolts that hold the motor to the engine. The problem is probably the solenoid, and by replacing only it, you could save some money. To test this, simply try connecting the cable to the bolt on its left instead of the main connector. If the engine runs without the pinion coming out, then the problem is the solenoid. You can replace the solenoid by removing it from the screws and bolts on it. Once you have checked the problems and replaced the necessary parts, reassemble everything, making sure to follow the steps in the correct order.
