The EGR valve was changed if damaged or if we have problems with our car, let's see how to remove it on a Ford Focus. Lift the engine hood and secure it, remove the engine soundproofing panel and the plastic cover under the windshield. Once the EGR valve is identified, unscrew its tightening bolts. Clean the EGR valve if it can be used, otherwise replace it with a new one. Install the EGR valve in the engine compartment and tighten the bolts, install the cover under the windshield and secure the soundproofing panel above the engine.
