If a headlight bulb on the Iveco Daily is burnt out, it must be replaced as soon as possible. We open the hood of the engine compartment and unscrew the four screws that hold the grille in front of the radiator. Using a socket wrench, we unscrew the two bolts, one at the top and the other at the base, on the headlight frame. We also unscrew the one inside and, using a screwdriver, detach the headlight by sliding the pressure pin. We disconnect the electrical connection and rotate the headlight. On the back of the headlight, there are caps that protect the lamp holders. We select the one corresponding to the bulb to be replaced and open it. We will find the electrical connector, which we will remove, and release the spring clip that holds the bulb so that it can be removed. We insert the new bulb, being careful not to touch it with bare fingers, replace the spring clip, restore the electrical contact, and position the protective cap. We reassemble the headlight by reversing the steps.

Tiden som går och användningen av bilnyckelns tryckknappsfunktion, tiotals gånger om dagen, leder oundvikligen till slitage på nyckelns interna fjäder. Som man kan se i den här videon är det att byta ut fjädern ganska enkelt och tar lite tid. Efter att ha öppnat skalet på mitten, placeras först nyckeln, sedan fjäderhylsan och slutligen nämnda fjäder inuti hylsan. Skalet stängs genom att rotera medurs och alla ovan nämnda element passar perfekt ihop, och man testar sedan nyckelns tryckknappsfunktion.
