The automobiles have a mechanical component that is located within the fuel system and aims to regulate the airflow introduced into the combustion chamber. If this component were to stop working, it would compromise the functions of the engine itself.

This component is the throttle body and the following guide shows how to replace it. The operation should be performed with a cold engine. The electrical connectors of the throttle body should be disconnected and the intake pipe should be detached.

Usually, the throttle body has a long screw, a wing nut, and clips that hold the duct in place. Let's dismantle everything and detach the cables connected to the throttle body.

Once done, it will be possible to remove it.
