Remove the windshield wiper (arm and blade) by moving it away from the windshield until it reaches the end of its travel. As shown in the video, lift the hook that secures the blade to the arm, slightly bend the blade, and remove it from the umbrella handle attachment on the arm. Similarly, insert the new blade by fitting it into the attachment on the arm, then close the plastic hook. The process is the same for both front windshield wipers and also for the rear one, which doesn't even have a closing hook. Remember not to rest the arm on the windshield when the blade is missing.
