If the battery of the Peugeot is discharged and does not support subsequent charging attempts, it needs to be replaced. To do this, we open the engine hood and find the battery on the right. We open the top cover of the battery by pressing the buttons, disconnect the positive terminal clamp and secure it away from the battery in a safe position. Using a 10mm wrench, we also unscrew the positive terminal clamp, remove the battery cover, and using a 13mm socket wrench with an extension, unscrew the locking bracket and remove the old battery. We clean the inside of the terminals with sandpaper, place the new battery in position, secure it with its bracket, put on the protection, insert the positive terminal clamp and secure it. We insert the negative terminal clamp, tighten the screw, and close the protection.
