In order to replace the timing belt on the Gilera RC 600, you need to remove the saddle from the bike, so that you can access the screws that fix the fairing on the front left side of the bike: once these screws have been removed, you can detach the panel and it will be possible to have access to the camshaft and crankshaft pulleys. It will be necessary to unscrew the screws that fix the protective casing of the crankshaft pulley: in this way it will be possible to loosen the central nut of the pulley, reducing the tension of the belt and replacing it with a new one.

We see below the step-by-step instructions to be able to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and the oil filter, of the Yamaha Tracer 900.
