In this tutorial we can see how to replace the air filter in the Honda XL1000 Varadero, a very simple operation. First of all, remove the saddle, then unscrew the two tank fixing bolts located on the rear side, the two front ones and the remaining ones on the sides. Once this is done, close the two fuel cocks, disconnect the rubber hose and lift the tank. At this point we will have obtained access to the filter box, which can be opened by removing the 8 screws located along the perimeter. Once the filter has been replaced, we put everything back together following the reverse procedure.
