Start the engine and let the engine warm up, then stop. Place a container for the recovery of the oil to be disposed of under the engine. With a ratchet and a 12mm socket, unscrew the oil drain plug located under the engine. There is no need to disassemble the engine guard, it has a hole to unscrew the cap. Let all the oil drain. With a ratchet and a 10mm socket unscrew the two screws that support the oil filter cover located on the right side of the engine. Replace the filter and screw on the lid and the drain plug. Open the oil filler neck on the right side of the crankcase. Pour the oil with the help of a funnel.

Today, in this guide, let's see the main steps that will allow us to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and oil filter of the Kawasaki Z750 motorcycle. First of all we put our motorbike on the stand and we begin to unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain in a container for about ten minutes; after which we use the special wrench to unscrew and remove the oil filter, replacing the cartridge with the new one, as shown in the video.
