In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble the variator and how to replace the rollers on the Kymco TSR scooter, following these simple steps. First we place the scooter on the central stand and we go to remove all the screws of the clutch casing, which we find on the left; after which we remove the central screw of the fan, and then remove the belt, as shown in the video. At this point we remove the variator and extract the rollers, replacing them with new ones (of the right type); we just have to reassemble all the components, following the video tutorial to the end!
