In order to remove the EGR valve of the Opel Zafira, you need to open the hood so that you can access the components located inside the engine compartment: it will be necessary to remove the plastic panel located on the top of the engine block, accessing the underlying parts. In the rear area, you will be able to locate the valve, situated between the intake manifold and the exhaust manifold: by loosening the screws and disconnecting the connectors, the old valve can be removed from its housing, replacing it with a new one and covering the engine again with the plastic panel.
