In this short and simple guide we will see how to disassemble and replace the engine oil pan of the Volkswagen Jetta, but also of the Golf and Bora. First we lift the car and start draining the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt and letting the oil drain into a container; then we unscrew the oil sump fixing screws, which we find on the sides of the same, in order to remove it. At this point we are going to clean the base of the cup perfectly, thus replacing its gasket with the original one; reassemble the oil sump and pour in the new engine oil!
