In this video tutorial, the procedure for replacing the steering wheel in the Volkswagen Golf 7 is shown. To replace it, the first step is to disconnect the battery. After that, you need to get into the car, insert the key, and turn the steering wheel to access the clip with the help of a screwdriver. This clip needs to be opened to disconnect the airbag so that it doesn't accidentally open during the steering wheel disassembly. Once the first clip is open, you need to turn the steering wheel to reach the other clip and be able to open the steering wheel. Once the steering wheel cover is opened, you need to disconnect the airbag by disconnecting the cables that power it. After removing the airbag, you need to unscrew a bolt with a T-55 socket wrench to remove the steering wheel. To reassemble it, you will need to screw the bolt back in, connect the airbag, and then close the steering wheel.
