To deactivate the Start / Stop system in the Jeep Renegade, simply press the button depicting a circled A located in the center console. The turning on of an orange light in the button will signal the effective deactivation of the system. However, this setting is not maintained permanently, the system is reactivated after a subsequent restart of the car.
