Let's see how to permanently disable the Start & Stop system on a Jeep Renegade with a 1.3 turbo-flex T270 engine. Open the bonnet and locate the battery, then find the BSI sensor on the negative terminal.

It is a small electronic module attached directly to the negative cable terminal. Press the release tab and pull the electrical connector from the sensor (it is not necessary to disconnect the cable from the battery).

This will permanently disable the Start & Stop system, and a yellow warning light (or a dedicated icon) will illuminate on the dashboard to indicate that the system is not operational. To reactivate it, simply reconnect the sensor.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
