Answer

To reset the warning light relating to the exhaust gas check on BMW 1 Series you must follow the procedure: 1) press and hold the button under the speedometer (the one to reset the km) until you see the Yellow ABS symbol; 2) press the button at the head of the usual lever to access the Service info; 3) scroll through the various services; 4) positioned on the service to be reset, press once to make the message "reset" appear; 5) press again and hold until an animated mini clock appears then release the button and wait a few seconds for the mini clock to disappear; 6) reset finished; 7) wait a few seconds for it to come out of the service without touching anything.
