The Nissan Micra radio codes must have been handed in with the vehicle documentation when the new car was delivered. The simplest thing is to check the Service booklet or the Use and Maintenance booklet. Otherwise, try to contact the Dealership who will be able to trace the codes in their archives by means of the license plate or chassis number. If that doesn't work either, try to disassemble the radio: these codes are usually found on the back or on the side of the radio itself. Or rely on one of the many websites that can find these codes (for a fee).
