The Opel Tigra Twintop has the problems that all convertible cars have: they need very careful maintenance of the pump that controls the opening of the roof. Unfortunately, even if it is used very little, the oil in the pump wears out a lot and leaving it still for even a couple of weeks means blocking the mechanism. It's a big hassle, but these pumps need to be maintained with great care.
