In this video, we can see how a Spanish trade association has decided to resort to a Class Action (which is a legal procedure that allows a group of people to protect their homogeneous individual rights, violated by the unlawful behavior of a company or entity) in order to jointly assert their rights. In this case, the problem concerns all those who have diesel vehicles from the PSA group, which all have problems with AdBlue, and which involve a manufacturing defect in the additive tank components; the manufacturer is aware of this issue, but does not inform the buyers, who have to bear all the costs of repairing and replacing the tank. The car starts showing an error in the pollution control system and no longer starts. One is forced to take it to an authorized workshop where the AdBlue tank is replaced with costs ranging from 1,200 to 2,000 euros, all borne by the user, despite it being a manufacturing defect.
