In this video we can see what the problem is with the stuck handle of this Ford Fiesta MK7: in fact, the handle is stuck from the outside, while it opens regularly from the inside. The problem is located inside the thickness of the door: if we remove the rubber cap that covers the hole at the same height as the handle, we find a screw, which is the same one we would eventually have to unscrew when we want to remove the handle to work on it. The screw can be loosened in this case. Just tighten it so that the handle starts working normally again.
