To replace the exhaust on a MV Agusta F3 800, you need to loosen the screws that secure the right side panel of the bike, near the footpeg. Once the panel is removed, you can loosen the screw that secures the clamp connecting the exhaust to the rest of the system. By loosening the screws that hold the old exhaust at the top, you can remove it and replace it with a new one. The new exhaust will then be connected to the system with the clamp, secured at the top with the appropriate screw, and covered with the side panel.
