How to Reset the Service Light on a Škoda Fabia?

Model: Skoda Fabia 6Y, Mark1 - Years 1999-2007

From the display of the Škoda Fabia, you can clear the service light by holding down the button located on the right side of the instrument cluster until the message "Service OIL" appears on the display. When the message is displayed, turn the key in the ignition lock to switch on the instrument panel: at this point, the button should be slightly turned to the right until a confirmation sound indicates that the light has been reset. At the end of this procedure, you can turn off the ignition to complete.
