Descriptive guide for changing the engine oil and oil filter of a Suzuki GSXR 750 from 2009. Obtain 3 litres of Motul 7100 SAE 10w40 oil and Champion COF038 oil filter. Position the bike on the side stand. Place a container for collecting the oil for disposal under the engine. Unscrew the engine oil drain plug, located at the bottom left of the engine, using a ratchet, an extension, and a 17mm socket. Allow all the oil to drain out. Meanwhile, clean the plug thoroughly. Using a 4mm Allen key, unscrew the screws of the right front fairing. Using an oil filter wrench, unscrew the oil filter located at the front of the engine between the exhaust headers. Lightly oil the gasket of the new filter and screw it on, first by hand, then tighten it a turn with the oil filter wrench. Screw the oil drain plug back in. Open the oil filler cap located on the right side of the engine casing, at the top. Pour in three litres of oil. Start the bike, let it warm up, and switch off.
