You can replace the engine oil in the Suzuki V-Strom 1050 by loosening the drain plug of the oil sump, which is located at the lower central area of the bike: once the plug is unscrewed, you can proceed to let all the used oil flow into a suitably positioned container.

At this point, you can also remove the oil filter located in the same position, to replace it with a new one. Now you can top up by pouring the necessary amount of oil through the breather on the right side of the vehicle.
