Remove and unscrew the two bolts that secure the brake caliper (and clean them well before reattaching at the end of the operation). At this point, you can extract the caliper from the front disc. Using a small Allen key, remove the two pins, then take out the worn pads from the caliper. Push back the pistons in the pad housing, as the new pads will obviously be thicker than the worn ones you have removed. Once the new pads are in place, reinsert the two pins and refit the caliper, tightening the bolts. The operation is now complete, good luck!
