The selected video not only shows how to dismantle the rear windshield wiper arm, but also the operation of masking the "mechanism". The first step in installing the motor is precisely to remove the rear windshield wiper arm. To do this, you need to lift the plastic protection on the arm's rotation pin and unscrew the bolt that secures it to the hinge using the appropriate key. At this point, we pull the entire windshield wiper and it's done.

To mask the hole, we open the rear door and, after unscrewing the screw that secures the handle for closing and removing the 4 clips for fitting, we remove the inner panel.

Using the appropriate key, we unscrew the 3 bolts that secure the motor and the speed regulator, and we can remove them (after disconnecting the power supply, which we can secure with a plastic tie). Now we remove the plastic inner protection located in the door near the hinges and we can access and disconnect the windshield washer pump, and after closing it with a special cap, we put everything back in place.

We install the rubber gaskets and the plastic cap in the hole of the windshield wiper pin. At this point, all that remains is to reassemble the inner panel of the door following the instructions seen in the images but proceeding in reverse.
