Answer

Each bolt or screw is designed to be tightened to a specific torque value below its yield point. All screws during torque controlled tightening will be stressed to a maximum of 75% to 90%. Of course, proper wheel installation requires fasteners (nuts or bolts) to be tightened to the recommended torque specifications for the vehicle model, make and year. In the case of a Fiat Palio, the tightening torque of the wheel bolts is 90 Nm, therefore it will be necessary to have a torque wrench that can support this torque.
